We are a second generation, family-owned, local business.
| 1968 | Bob Dearmin started a partnership with Jimmie Caudle (who incidentally founded the city of Satellite Beach with his first cousin Percy Hedgecock) and worked together for 30 years. |
| 1982 | We received AAA certification in June. |
| 1992 | Steve Dearmin became partners and started working full time with his Father, Bob, after completing Graduate work in Finance. |
| 2011 | Bob retired in January upon reaching his 70th birthday and after 43 years of continuous service handed over all day to day operations to Steve. |
| 2012 | 30th Year with AAA |
